Booking Policy
At Moroccan Nomad Tours, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email. A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a deposit payment and written confirmation from our team. Availability of accommodations, guides, and services is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of reservation and typically ranges between 20% and 40% of the total tour price.
The remaining balance can be paid:
- Before arrival (bank transfer or online payment), or
- Upon arrival in Morocco (cash in EUR, USD, or MAD)
Payment details and instructions will be provided during the booking process.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of the deposit.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
- Less than 15 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable.
In case of no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided for unused services.
4. Changes & Modifications
Requests to modify your itinerary, dates, or services must be made in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability. Additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the modification.
In rare cases, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary due to weather conditions, road safety, or operational reasons, while maintaining the overall quality and experience.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip. This should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, and any unexpected incidents during your journey.
6. Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health condition to participate in the tour. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs.
While we prioritize safety and work with experienced guides and drivers, participating in travel activities such as desert trekking, mountain excursions, or adventure experiences involves inherent risks.
7. Responsibility & Liability
Moroccan Nomad Tours acts as an organizer and intermediary for services including transportation, accommodation, and local guides. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political instability, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Moroccan Nomad Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these booking terms and conditions.
