Day 1 : Agadir – Foum Zguid (Gateway to the Desert)

Departure from Agadir toward the southern landscapes and Anti-Atlas mountains. Scenic drive to the desert town of Foum Zguid, an old caravan stop and gateway to the Sahara. Evening at leisure and overnight in a local guesthouse.

Day 2 : Foum Zguid – Erg Chegaga | Meet Your Nomad Team

Cross the wild off-road tracks to reach the impressive dunes of Erg Chegaga by 4×4. On arrival, meet your professional local nomad team and camels. Short walk in the dunes at sunset and overnight in a mobile desert camp under the stars.

Day 3 : Desert Trekking with Nomads

Begin your desert trekking adventure across golden dunes and open desert plains. Walk at an easy pace with your nomad guides, discover desert plants and silence, and enjoy a picnic in the shade of tamarisk trees. Wild camping in a remote desert spot.

Day 4 : Deep Sahara Trekking & Wild Camp

Continue trekking deeper into the Erg Chegaga area, following ancient nomad routes between dunes and rocky plateaus. A peaceful day dedicated to nature, photography and true desert immersion. Evening around the fire and overnight in a private wild camp.

Day 5 : Erg Chegaga – M’hamid – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, transfer by 4×4 to M’hamid, then continue north through the beautiful Draa Valley, famous for its palm groves and ksour. Arrival in Ouarzazate in the late afternoon.

Day 6 : Ouarzazate – Agadir

Drive back to Agadir through changing landscapes of valleys, mountains and desert plateaus, marking the end of your authentic Sahara trekking experience.
