Day 1: Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – M’Hamid
Depart from Ouarzazate and travel south through the scenic Draa Valley, famous for palm groves, kasbahs, and river oases—excellent for landscape and cultural photography. Arrive in M’Hamid, the last village before the Sahara. Meet your local nomad team and prepare for the desert journey.
Overnight in a guesthouse or desert-edge camp.
Day 2: M’Hamid – Sahara Trekking – Erg Chegaga
Begin your Sahara trekking experience, walking with nomads and camels across stone desert, dry riverbeds, and rising dunes. The slow pace allows time for photography, observation, and silence. Arrive at the majestic dunes of Erg Chegaga, the largest and wildest dune system in Morocco.

Day 3: Erg Chegaga – Deep Desert Trekking

Second night in a wild desert bivouac.
Day 4: Erg Chegaga – Lake Iriki – Tata
Leave the desert by 4×4, crossing the vast dry basin of Lake Iriki, a remote area rich in geological formations and seasonal wildlife. Continue toward Tata, a little-visited region known for palm oases, rock formations, and pre-Saharan biodiversity.

Day 5: Tata – Anti-Atlas – Tafraout

Day 7: Taroudant – Tizi n’Test Pass – Marrakech
Depart Taroudant and cross the spectacular Tizi n’Test Pass, one of Morocco’s most scenic mountain roads. Stop at panoramic viewpoints and remote villages along the way. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon. End of the tour.
